You are full of funny faces. We all get a good laugh when you decide to give us a look. One night we were out getting a treat and the big kids started pulling faces, and you got in on the fun. It's nice to see you making funny faces instead of always looking miserable.
Not that you haven't had your share of miserable moments though. You are still working on the 2 molars I knew about last month and now have 1 more trying to come in. I feel so bad for you and wish they would hurry up and come in so we could be done with teething.
One day I finally had to put you in the stroller and take you for a walk so you wouldn't drive us both nuts. I think sometimes you just need a change of scenery.
You got a hold of my phone the other day and decided to take some selfies before I realized what you were doing. You can tell that you were pretty impressed with what you saw on the camera.
It's a good thing you are so stinkin' cute sometimes.
T-ball was a bit of a challenge with you this year. You never wanted to just sit and watch, and I missed a lot of the games chasing you down. The last game I accidentally took you without putting shoes on, and you hardly moved at all! You didn't like the little stones on the sidewalk, so you stayed right by me almost the whole game. I wish I would have figured that trick out earlier in the season!
You also got to hang out with your girlfriend Haven. Here you guys are trying on the batting helmets at one of Tessa's practices. I think your dad and hers have already worked out an arranged marriage for the 2 of you. You sure do like Brandon and give him good snuggles when he picks you up.
One Saturday between games we went to Moqui Cave with Grandma & Grandpa Veater. I realized as we were walking out that you were wearing an outfit that I have a picture of Logan wearing when he was your age, so I tried to get a similar picture. You wouldn't cooperate with me as well, but I think it's pretty dang cute anyway.
Labor Day weekend we went out camping for Uncle Dusty's 30th birthday. You weren't feeling the best, but you did enjoy fourwheeler rides and playing with the dogs when they weren't knocking you down.
And of course the fire. One of your best words lately is HOT. You kept walking by a little closer than you should have, and you'd reach up to your ear and cover it and say "HOT!"
Right on cue you have started learning more and more words. You say Mommy with as much enthusiasm as you say daddy, and nothing makes this momma happier than to hear it. You say "by-e" when you want a bite of something I have. The other day at the pool you said "Co, co!" when we got into the water at first and it was cold. You also say a bit of a "moo" sound when I ask you what the cow says. You point to the horse and say "moo" too though, so we may have to work on that. I love the way you say Tessa, it sounds just perfect sometimes and other times you say "Shessa." Logan is still Gogi, and he thinks it's pretty cute. Like Tessa said the other day, "We all just love Tyson SO much." It's true, we do. The teeth are a pain, and the tantrums have begun to start, but we wouldn't trade you for the world.
Love you bud,
Mom

Ty, What a character you are becoming. You are definitely your own little man. You got a little of your mother and father's stubborness. Yes you can be stubborn, but we all love you. You can be funny also. We love you tons and tons.
Ty, I just love that picture of you in the same outfit that Logan wore! You can tell you are brothers but you are definitely your own two people with your own personalities! It is so much fun to watch you grow and learn new things all the time. We love you so much!
