Oh wait, I DO know what happened. It's my fault, I spoiled you. Fact is, you do sleep more than 2-hour stretch at night - if you are in my bed. And hon, I coslept with Logan for a LONG time and I was and still am a huge supporter of cosleeping (Pam, if you are reading this I am expecting a call with a butt-chewing any minute), but after Logan started sleeping in his bed and, for the most part, staying there, I began enjoying having my bed all to myself (and your dad I guess) again. I can't stand to put little teeny babies all by themselves but, while you are still small, you are no longer a sweet little baby and I expect you to sleep in your crib. Plus, it doesn't help matters much that even when you are asleep in our bed you snort and sniffle and just generally make enough noise to keep your dad up all night long to the point where he has to go sleep on the couch. Luckily I am usually tired enough I only hear it for the first little while and Logan? Well once you get Logan to sleep pretty much the only way you'll wake him up before 5 a.m. is with a bullhorn or the promise of a cookie. And speaking of waking people up - you are not the typical 2nd child who sleeps through a Mack truck coming through the house. Nope. You wake up if a cricket down the street sneezes which is HORRIBLE news for anyone living in a house with Logan. Seriously child, if you weren't so cute...
I suppose part of your night waking could be contributed to your frustration with learning to crawl and shove Cheerios in your face. You get around very, very well but you have yet to really coordinate your arms and legs moving forward at the same time. Backward? No sweat. Forward? Not so much. You did take about 3 crawl-steps on Christmas day and since then you have started army crawling a little more but really, in no big hurry for you to be mobile so while I will again say I won't be surprised if you are full-blown crawling by the next letter, I am in NO. BIG. HURRY.
You love Cheerios. LOVE them. I think they are crack for babies. The first weekend I gave them to you you couldn't get enough and would do the little baby bird thing every time I teased you with one.

You have since learned to get them IN your mouth instead of just grabbing a handful and shoving your hand AT your mouth without getting any of them in, although I do think that move is one of my favorites. Cheerios are pretty much all you eat these days though, those and some milk, formula, and anything that has prunes or apples in the name. Prunes and apples together is a big favorite.
Christmas was fun. You pretty much just liked the crinkly wrapping paper...
but we enjoyed the Santa hats...
and the flashing reindeer noses...
But girl I'm telling you, if you don't start sleeping better soon, well

She is so so cute. You just got to love her. When she is awake she is a very pleasant baby. Grandma and Grandpa love her.
I love the baby bird face! Love it! I for one am glad she is so stinkin' cute that you can't get rid of her! Christmas night when she woke up she was so dang adorable! Good luck crawling girlie! Take your time so your momma doesn't pull her hair out!

She is so cute! I love her. Bentlee is sleeps with me more than half of the time. I like cosleeping. I'm sad when she's in the other room.
I'm still laughing and telling people about the "screaming like you were punched in the face" comment. Too true.
I had no idea you had two children now. In fact, I had no idea I wasn't following your blog. I figured you stopped keeping a blog because I never saw your updates. Then I figured you went private and didn't tell me. And now i find your blog and there's another one of you.
Life never stops surprising me.
