Logan - July/August 2014

This summer has gone by so fast, and we have been so busy having fun that I'm going to let the pictures speak for themselves.

We've had plenty of family reunion time first with the Veater's with plenty of fourwheeling,

pinatas,
and swings.

Then the Hatch reunion with lots of cousin fun

and winning races!

We've spent time with grandpa and grandma Hillier at the Fish Lake Cabin playing games
and throwing rocks and sticks in the stream
(I love how Ty is looking up to his big bro in this one to see what cool thing he is supposed to be doing)

and learning how to paddle the kayaks around.
And getting so worn out from paddling that you all crashed on the way home to Kanab.

We've gone to parades
and had many band and dance performances at home.

Spent many, many, many hours at the pool.

We even got to have cousin Quade come hang out with us for a few days.
Which made me decide it was time to go to the creek, finally.

And lots of fun family time spent at home hanging out with each other and the occasional friend.

We have had a lot of fun, and even though it has gone by too fast I think you are ready to go back to school.  You have found quite a few friends that are going to be in Mrs. Shakespeare's class with you, and I am glad that you enjoy school so much that you don't dread it.  All that's left is one more week of summer fun and a haircut and we'll be taking first day pictures and sending you on your way.

I can't wait to see how 2nd grade treats you.

Love you bud,
Mom

Logan,

I just noticed the last time you were over that you have grown another inch or two. How did that happen I don't know but you did. You are such a smart kid. You make us proud. I love, love, love you too.
